The Trainee and Early Career (NBS-TEC) Task Force is formed to champion the growth and development of trainees and early career members (within 5 years of graduating training) of the NBS. Through initiatives in mentorship, networking, resources, education, and collaboration, we aim to be a source of guidance as they progress through their careers.
