Dr. Nikki Robertson is a Professor of Perinatal Neuroscience at UCL and University of Edinburgh, currently leading 2 preclinical large animal neonatal neuroprotection labs focused on therapies to improve outcomes in neonatal encephalopathy.  As a consultant neonatologist, she has practiced for 25 years in the UK.

Dr. Robertson aims over the next 5-10 years to move therapies along the translational pipeline, by assessing promising therapies in Phase I-III clinical trials in both High Income Countries and LMIC.
